Parents: Sylvio Ciccone, was a design engineer for General Motors, and her mother was Madonna Ciccone Madonna’s mother, an x-ray technician and former dancer, was of French Canadian descent.

Madonna began her career as a dancer she used to perform in her home state. In the early stages of her professional career she performed as a back up singer to various groups in New York. Her most successful albums are Like a Virgin; Confessions on a Dance floor Ray of Light, True blue; and American Life. In the 80’s and 90’s teenagers ravaged her bold and almost insubordinate stage performances.
